Cant even start

This looked like a very interesting app. But theres a problem - I cant even sign up to start using it! I entered all of my info and then theres no option to start.
Is this the first cognitive test - to figure out how to use the app?
The chat help was no help at all. She just told me to contact Customer Service. I thought she was Customer Service!
